Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell our diverse range of banking products and services to potential clients. Your main objective will be to achieve and surpass sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell banking products and services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
Generate leads through referrals, networking, and cold calling.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve common goals.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Knowledge of banking products and services is an advantage.
Relevant certifications or training programs are a plus.
